Weir Pumps appoint g2BS to transform existing 2 dimensional process maps into 3 dimensional models that provide all documentation and standards that have to be complied with across the business. The linking of new generic role profiles to process activities means that for the first time workflow is deployed in a controlled state and powerful performance statistics are gathered using a gated approach that has been adapted from the SCOR methodology.
