A partnership of Miller Construction, SSL Healthcare, MITIE Managed Services and HSBC plc has been formed to deliver the NHS LIFT initiative. This new organisation is called Primaria Ltd.
Work Undertaken
Primaria (a Joint Venture between Miller Construction, HSBC plc, MITIE, Eversheds & SSL Inventures Healthcare) invite g2BS to become part of the Primaria bid writing team for Barking & Havering and Birmingham & Solihull NHS Local Improvement Finance Trust PFI Schemes totalling £200M in 2003. Initially, g2BS commissioned for Barking & Havering and the Birmingham & Solihull schemes.
Primaria commission g2BS to work on two more NHS LIFT PFI Schemes in Leicester and Nottingham. g2BS scope increased 30% to include human resources, health & safety and performance management elements. g2BS operate on risk/reward contractual terms.
Primaria appointed as preferred bidder on Barking & Havering NHS LIFT PFI Scheme contract value £40M and g2BS’s products acknowledged by client as instrumental in the tender award.
Primaria appointed as preferred bidder on Leeds NHS LIFT PFI Scheme contract value £120M with g2BS part of the bid writing team.
