Scottish Power use g2-Metrix® as their web-based measurement system for managing the performance of their outsourced TFM contract with Faceo Facility Management. This solution replaces the existing performance regime and enables value management analysis to be performed across the scope of services and results in service improvement initiatives where appropriate.
