g2BS launches g2-Survey as a complimentary online data capture
application to g2-Metrix. g2-Survey lets customers provide customer satisfaction
feedback online, however it has been structured to be complimentary to the KPO
structure in g2-Metrix® and to provide data directly into the customer element
of the g2-Metrix® scorecards. This allows g2BS to offer customers an online
survey solution as a very cost effective data capture solution structured
to validate their service delivery outcomes. |

be viewed as Performance Management Information. In preparation for the pilot, the g2BS
performance management workshop approach was used in Vodafone to help map and model key end

roadmap for the move to a performance management structure and methodology. |

Cabinet Office commission g2BS to review their performance management
delivery model ahead of their TFM re-tender exercise. The CO project starts with the g2BS
performance management workshop approach to review the as-is state ahead of
redeveloping this model. g2BS restructure and introduce a key performance outcome based
approach with 6 KPOs applied within the model. A key issue for the CO and its delivery
partner EFM is the xls approach currently employed. This has been found to be resource
intensive and difficult when undertaking any form of analysis. This is a familiar
story across all the organisations with which g2BS has engaged. |
