2008

February 2008 Now in their fourth year of using g2-Metrix, RBS customer survey results show an astounding 100% of users would be happy to recommend both g2BS and g2-Metrix to colleagues and other businesses. The full results can be downloaded as a PDF.
March 2008 g2BS launches g2-Survey as a complimentary online data capture application to g2-Metrix. g2-Survey lets customers provide customer satisfaction feedback online, however it has been structured to be complimentary to the KPO structure in g2-Metrix and to provide data directly into the customer element of the g2-Metrix scorecards. This allows g2BS to offer customers an online survey solution as a very cost effective data capture solution structured to validate their service delivery outcomes.

April 2008 Vodafone launched a g2-Metrix® pilot for four services across 13 sites in its UK portfolio. As part of the pilot, g2BS provided workflow interface software to facilitate the flow of data from Vodafone to g2-Metrix - meaning raw service event data can be viewed as Performance Management Information. In preparation for the pilot, the g2BS performance management workshop approach was used in Vodafone to help map and model key end to end processes as well as identify key interfaces with internal systems proving the roadmap for the move to a performance management structure and methodology.
June 2008 Cabinet Office commission g2BS to review their performance management delivery model ahead of their TFM re-tender exercise. The CO project starts with the g2BS performance management workshop approach to review the as-is state ahead of redeveloping this model. g2BS restructure and introduce a key performance outcome based approach with 6 KPOs applied within the model. A key issue for the CO and its delivery partner EFM is the xls approach currently employed. This has been found to be resource intensive and difficult when undertaking any form of analysis. This is a familiar story across all the organisations with which g2BS has engaged.
September 2008 West Dunbartonshire Council (WCD) engage g2BS to undertake a Kaizen Blitz project in Housing Department with the objective to fast track (Blitz) an improvement in some key business processes.
