Graeme Chalmers, Managing Director
Experienced in a wide range of Service Delivery and Service Development programmes in both public and private sectors,
Graeme is one of the founders of g2BS and designed the g2-Metrix® application. He has introduced performance management concepts,
models and solutions into several major blue chip organisations and central government departments. A key skill is translating objectives
and outcomes into tangible and deliverable performance management models, then providing support and helping organisations drive and
understand value in service delivery through outcomes. Graeme has successfully modelled, designed and implemented a variety of
technology solutions including service desks and online performance management systems. He has project managed major change programmes
in both the Public and Private Sectors, and comfortable engaging at all organisational levels.
Drawing on practical experience, Graeme is able to offer advice and hands-on support both at strategic and tactical
levels on Corporate Strategy and Planning, Performance Management Modelling and Implementation, Business Intelligence and Knowledge Management;
Service Development and Change Management Programmes & Support Services Outsourcing including Shared Services.
Graeme initially trained and qualified as a Civil Engineer working for a main contractor and then in the public sector.
He then moved into Services Management in 1993. In early 1998 joined NTL as UK Service Delivery Manager, and was promoted to Group
Manager for Service Development. Graeme headed up NTL’s £250M outsourcing programme and on completion, late 2001, left to set up g2BS
and has been delivering business performance and process management services and solution to the public and private sectors. Graeme
has direct responsibility for all aspects of g2BS and has been instrumental in making g2-Metrix® the market leading performance management solution
it has become in the last 4 years.
Graeme has an MSc (Distinction) Management and was the MSc Student of the Year Prize Winner, 1998
Graeme guest lectures on MSc programmes at both UCL and Strathclyde University and is active in performance management
research and development through the g2 service value programme. |

Graham Wyllie, Operations Director
Graham is one of the founders of the company, and offers help and advice on Performance and
Process Management related issues for our customers. He has extensive knowledge and experience of Performance
Management methodology, including Balanced Scorecards and bespoke Performance Outcome models. Graham is recognised
for his knowledge and awareness of the latest Performance Management thinking, at a Strategic and Operational Level.
Graham began working with civil engineering consultants in 1980, then joined Scottish Water for a spell with their
Quality team before moving to ntl in the late 90's, where he worked as Quality Manager for their Group Site Services
division. He was a major part of the team that delivered the outsourcing of their support services operations, and
introduced innovative continuous improvement programmes that challenged the conventional ways of working.
With direct responsibility for the operations team, Graham will manage the end to end project implementation of
g2BS' products and services, and with a unique ability to break down complex project requirements into manageable
topics. Graham has worked with people across diverse cultures and sectors, and has a proven track record in helping
organisations achieve their targets via cost saving programmes, improved customer results and increased staff
satisfaction.
Graham lives on the south side of Glasgow and his interests include football, golf and rock music! |
