RBS Extends Use of g2-Metrix®

With g2-metrix proving a success RBS rollout g2metrix to cover Repairs and Maintenance, Front of House, Managed Services and Catering. g2-metrix is now replacing the cumbersome spreadsheet based approach previously employed by RBS GWO and reducing a heavy Excel driven mutli-stage process to a simple two-stage online process of data in (kpi results) and reports out - traffic lights, trends and exceptions - in practise the reporting process has now been reduced by three weeks reducing the risk of repetitive failures.

“The Innovation Team is proud to announce one of many successes realised from the current scheme. The performance management team has recently piloted a web based performance management software package for use on our National Service Contracts. This innovative package has been developed to replace the current spreadsheet approach used to undertake monthly KPI supplier measurements. The package g2-Metrix® developed by service partner g2 Business Services has provided a streamlined, user-friendly approach to manage KPI data. The many benefits include simpler KPI format, easier data entry, faster processing of measurement data (no more e-mailing!!!), high resolution graphics with historical trending capability. The package also means exceptions are easier to correlate either by KPI description or district and that performance over several services can be undertaken easily. The package has been piloted on Security and Repairs and Maintenance and we are currently looking at extending to FoH measurements.
