Cost Benefits of Innovation
15.11.2005
In conjunction with the Bartlett School of Graduate Studies at University College London, g2 Business Services has been asked to provide a cost benefit tool for innovation projects within the Royal Bank of Scotland’s Group Workplace Operations.
The basis for this development was the success of the g2-Metrix® web reporting based solution for the performance management of their Facilities Management services. Further pilot projects have now been selected and the cost benefit tool that will be used will be g2BS’s powerful Protos software to quantify cost savings across the group.
This will allow understanding of ROI across all Innovation Projects and will provide an internet based tool as a means of appraising innovation projects in the future.
